Terms of use.

1. Agreement

By using Stacky Suite (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by The Calydo Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). If you don't agree with anything below, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Stacky Suite helps you audit your SaaS spend. You select the tools you use, optionally enter seats and pricing, and we generate a report that estimates your monthly burn and flags potential overlaps, savings, and gaps. The report is informational and based on publicly available pricing data plus our own research.

3. Beta status

Stacky Suite is currently in beta. This means:

• Our tool catalog and pricing data may be incomplete or out of date.
• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• The audit engine's recommendations are heuristic — they reflect common patterns, not your specific contract terms.

Treat the report as a starting point for a conversation with your vendors and your finance lead, not as a binding decision document.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• The information you enter into the audit is your own (or you have permission to enter it).
• You will verify any number that matters — seat counts, tier pricing, renewal dates — against the source of truth before acting on it.
• You will not abuse the Service: no scraping, no flooding requests, no attempts to exploit security weaknesses.

5. Affiliate links

Some recommendations in the audit report link to third-party tools via affiliate links. If you sign up through one of those links we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. This never affects which tools we recommend; recommendations are based on the audit engine's logic alone. Affiliate links are clearly marked on detail pages and disclosed in the footer of every page.

6. Intellectual property

The Stacky Suite name, brand, design, source code, and audit engine are our intellectual property. You may share the audit report we generate for you freely (that's the point of the permalink), and you may quote individual findings as long as you credit Stacky Suite. You may not copy or republish the catalog, the engine logic, or the site design without our written permission.

7. Third-party tools

Stacky Suite mentions and links to many third-party SaaS products. We are not affiliated with most of them. Trade names, logos, and brand references are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties — express or implied — about its accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or continuous availability. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Calydo Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is capped at SGD 100 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher. Since the Service is currently free, that effectively means SGD 100.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you abuse the Service or breach these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time, no notice required. If you'd like us to delete your data when you leave, email hello@thecalydo.com.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we make changes. If a change is material, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence says otherwise.
